SHIPPING POLICY

Production time
Every item is made to order, so production takes 2–5 business days before
anything ships.

Delivery estimates after production

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia:

printed locally, 2–5 business days production + 2–5 business days delivery.

European Union and everywhere else:

2–5 business days production + 10–30 business days delivery.

Orders shipping into the EU may be subject to import VAT and duties on arrival

Where orders ship from
We print in the US, the UK and the EU. Your order is routed to the facility
closest to your address, so most orders arrive domestically.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipping outside the production region may be subject to import duties
or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in your total and are
the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take
24–48 hours to start updating.

Lost packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email hello@kittyclo.com and
we'll open a claim with the carrier.
